Helmix is the console for Crewix and Brainix. It is not a third product: it is the layer already inside the machine when it is delivered. Once signed in, crew status, deliverables and evidence, and identity and permissions each have a fixed place.
Agents work in the background, so there is no main window to glance at. To see whether one is running, what it has done, or what is still missing, you end up opening a terminal or chasing each conversation. Helmix puts those three questions behind one door.
Agents run in the background. To tell whether one is working or stuck, you have to look in several places.
The file sits in a folder; the record of how it was checked sits in a conversation. Later, the link between them has to be reconstructed from memory.
Persona files and permissions can be edited, but what changed, by whom and when does not necessarily leave a record you can return to.
Helmix does not do a fourth thing. Once signed in, there are three places: the crew, the evidence, the identities.
One row per agent, showing running, waiting or error. The state of the whole crew is visible at once, without asking each one.
Each deliverable sits beside the evidence for it. Opening a file shows which check it came out of.
Each agent's persona version, permissions and model routing in one place. Edits keep a version and can be rolled back.
The division is fixed: the machine, the judgement, the operating surface. Helmix replaces none of them.
Each item below was checked on a running machine. What is unfinished is stated as unfinished.
